ALBA’s gas and electric gastro stools are suitable for cooking and holding food in larger containers because they are low and powerful.
The new generation of gas and electric gastro stools from ALBA meets even the most demanding requirements of the modern industrial kitchen. As is customary with ALBY, it is a quality and reliable product with affordable service and support.
The cooking part of the electric gastro stool consists of a top plate with a circular electric hob, controlled from the front by a four-position power control switch, using knobs and a light that indicates the on state.
The cooking part of the gas gastro stool consists of a stainless steel plate fitted with one gas burner with ignition electrode and thermoelectric fuse sensor. A drip tray and a cooking grid are inserted into the plate.
The base – stainless steel casing with four adjustable feet is equipped with a control valve with thermoelectric fuse on the front right and a piezoelectric igniter on the left.

Piezoelectric lighter
The lifetime of a piezoelectric lighter is unlimited. The electrical voltage creates a small electrical discharge in the spark gap. The spark created by the discharge then ignites the gas in the stove.
Gas supply
On the right side from the bottom there is a gas inlet - natural gas or propane-butane.

440 mm diameter electric plate, 40 mm increased diameter increases stability of the cooking vessels and improves heat transfer.
Temperature control
Controlled by a four-position power switch, with knobs and a light that indicates the on state.
Adjustable feet
The cooker is equipped with two adjustable legs and two castors - rear legs.
