The ALBA electric bakery oven is used in catering establishments and is ideal for baking and other preparation of a wide range of dishes. For baking desserts, meat, drying food, canning, etc.
ALBA electric gastro ovens consist of one, two or three identical enamelled ovens, assembled one above the other. The electric ovens are equipped with an upper fixed and a lower hinged heating element. Each heating element has a separate temperature control and an on signal.
The properties of the generations-proven enamelled surface have not been surpassed by any alternative material to date, despite all efforts. Thanks to the quality enamel supplied by a proven manufacturer for our electric ovens, we achieve better heat distribution and accumulation – more even baking.

Temperature control for each element
Separate temperature control for the upper and lower heating elements from 50 - 300 °C, with an indication of the on state and automatic maintenance of the set temperature.
2 x GN 2/1 oven capacity
One oven has an internal dimension of 540 x 280 x 700 mm and complies with the standard - 2x GN 2/1, which allows the use of two gastronorm ovens of 530 x 650 mm (GN 2/1).
Enamelled oven interior
Enamel distributes and accumulates heat better than stainless steel and the oven achieves better results. Oven door with internal moulded profile, which eliminates the need for seals with a limited service life.
Attention to detail and ergonomics
The oven is equipped with four fully adjustable feet. The handles are thoroughly insulated - they do not heat up and allow a secure grip. The lower heat elements are hinged - for easy cleaning.
