Legendary mixing and kneading machine from Hořovice
More than 70 years ago, we started the production of the now legendary whipping and kneading machines, the so-called “Ere”. These machines made ALBA Hořovice famous all over the world, where they won awards in the form of prestigious medals from exhibitions.
Just as fifty years ago, the professional kitchen mixer ALBA RE 22 is still used today, especially in large-capacity kitchens – school kitchens, hotel kitchens, canteens, butcher shops.
The versatile whisking and kneading machine RE 22 allows kneading light and heavy doughs, mixing mashed potatoes and various creams, whipping cream, egg whites and mayonnaise. An alternative to the ALBA RE 22 is the RE 24 kitchen planetary mixer.
In addition, original accessories can be attached to the kneading machine’s drive unit, designed for grinding and cutting meat, grinding poppy seeds, grating (cutting) potatoes and vegetables.
The new generation RE 22 food processor has an all-metal construction with stainless steel covers and a modern shape. The base of the kneading machine has holes for height-adjustable stainless steel legs.
The RE 22 comes with the following accessories: a 60 litre or 30 litre kettle and a set of basic working tools – kneading hook, mixer, whisk, transport trolley and kettle stand.
