Hořovice, October 1, 2024 – ALBA Kitchen, a leading Czech manufacturer of professional kitchen equipment, successfully concluded its participation at the international Polagra 2024 trade fair, which took place from September 25 to 27 in Poznań, Poland. During the fair, the company had the opportunity to showcase its latest products and technologies, including motorised tilting DUO bratt pans with capacities of 2 x 35 liters and 2 x 55 liters, and cooking DUO boiling pans with capacities of 2 x 90 liters and 2 x 170 liters. Visitors were particularly intrigued by the live demonstration of the RE22 universal kitchen robot with a transparent top cover, showcasing its inner workings.
ALBA Kitchen’s Head of Sales, Mr. Jaroslav Černý, commented on the company’s participation:

ALBA Kitchen’s booth attracted numerous professionals from the gastronomy, hospitality, and wholesale sectors, who had the opportunity to explore and try out the latest kitchen technologies. A major highlight was the live demonstration showcasing the versatility of the RE22 universal kitchen planetary mixer.
During the Polagra trade fair, there were also numerous discussions regarding future collaboration with potential distributors in the Polish market, where we are currently seeking business partners for long-term cooperation.
