The electric profi cooker with electric oven of the standard series is the embodiment of the tradition of reliability, robustness and simplicity. It is a legacy of the ALBA Hořovice craftsmanship tradition.
The Standard range of electric cookers is a traditional product that features a large cooking surface made up of four cast iron plates interrupted only by small joints. The cooker has a pull-out drawer to catch overcooked food.
Each of the four cast iron plates is independently adjustable and has a large surface area of 800 x 640 mm for easy handling.
Static oven with enamelled interior surface for more even cooking and heat accumulation. Equipped with two independently adjustable heating elements.

Large cooking surface
The continuous cooking surface consists of four independently adjustable cast iron plates with a large surface area for easy handling of cookware.
Four-position switch
Four-position switch with on signal for separate control of each of the four cast iron plates.
Simple maintenance
A pull-out drip tray for overcooked food is located from the front under the control panel. The lower heating element in the oven is hinged.
Baking oven
The electric oven has a size of 420 x 530 x 290 mm and contains two drawers. The oven door has an internal insulated profile and an insulated handle.
Separate temperature control
The upper and lower heating elements can be controlled independently between 50 °C and 300 °C. Both with on signal - thermostat.
