We offer our customers three types of monoblocks that differ in appearance and construction technology. The MONO 1 type is based on ALBA Classico cooking technology. Type MONO 2 follows the ALBA design tradition and has a representative appearance. It is ideal for demanding hotel and open kitchens. Type MONO 3 is designed from standard cabinet elements and is usually the most affordable.
Monoblocks are characterised by a uniform worktop, into which selected appliances are built at precisely chosen locations by the customer. The appliances have their functional controls brought out to the front panel.
A simpler alternative can be a cooking island assembled from mass-produced modular appliances of the Classico 700 and Classico 900 series.

Exclusive design and tailor-made construction
During the usual consultation with the chef, we will draw up the first sketches and designs, the basic layout of the cooking elements and their arrangement. Of course, the installation site is measured directly by our designers so that the result fits to the millimetre.
Visualization of the cooking monoblock
Once we have given your ideas their first form, the detailed design process begins using modern CAD systems. We plan the entire cooking block with millimetre precision. A 3D visualisation then gives you an overview of the final result.
Precision manufacturing and perfect workmanship

Monoblock quality control
Before the individual parts leave the factory, they undergo extensive testing. For this purpose, the entire cooking block is assembled and carefully checked for function and quality. A product is only as good as the quality of the output control.
Delivery and assembly of the monoblock
No cranes or wide access roads are required. Qualified on-site assembly teams will ensure that your kitchen units, counters and display cabinets are reliably set up and commissioned. In accordance with the original plans and in first class workmanship.

MONO 1
Based on ALBA Classico cooking technology for large kitchens, schools, nurseries and hospitals.
Unique possibility to build in large kitchen appliances – boilers, pans, cookers.
MONO 2
The representative look with the wave worktop continues the ALBA design tradition.
The cabinet construction in the basic H1 hygienic design with a single control panel around the entire perimeter of the block.
Option to use powder-coated panels and other decorative elements in valuable materials.
MONO 3
The standard cabinet construction allows the monoblock to achieve a perfect layout in space and allows for easy installation.
It is also thanks to the fast design and subsequent production (without atypical elements) that the most advantageous prices are achieved.
