Electric heating on a glass ceramic hob is orders of magnitude faster and more efficient than heating on conventional cast iron hobs. Alba professional ceramic hobs also have overheating protection and residual heat control.

The 6 mm thick hob is designed to withstand the less fussy handling that can be typical in a busy professional kitchen.

Electric oven
The electric oven is 420 x 530 x 290 mm in size and includes two drawers. The oven temperature can be controlled between 50 °C - 300 °C.
